Does Pegasofashion accept returns?
Of course. If you ever wish to return the purchased goods, you can do so within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. You can return the entire order or single items. Shipping costs (7,00€) are charged to the customer while for the exchange of goods (size or color) the shipping costs are free. Returned items must be perfectly intact and labelled. It is not possible to return or replace items purchased online at our stores.
YOUR RETURN STEP BY STEP
1 - Let us know about your return
Inform pegasofashion that you want to proceed with a return. Go to the "PRODUCT RETURN" section of our website and indicate which items you want to return. Wait for the return to be authorized by us. We will notify you by e-mail.
2 - Prepare the shipment
Prepare the shipment of the items you want to return, you can use our packaging and close it or a new box. In all cases, please make sure the goods are well packed.
3 - Shipment
Now you just have to make a shipment and get your return delivered. You choose the method and the courier. Clap Srl is not responsible for the return shipment, so we advise you to rely on national couriers, the insured postal service or in any case a traceable shipment, to avoid damage or problems in the delivery of the return.

4 - Receive accreditation
Once we accept the goods that you sent, you will credit money back. You will receive the money with the same method that you used for the payment, you can not request a refund with other methods. When we receive your return, the items will be checked over. Returned items must be perfectly intact and tagged. Non-compliant, used or damaged items will be returned to the customer.
